The Project Management service provides knowledge and competence in planning, organizing, manages risks, monitoring and controlling the projects throughout the entire project's phases.

Working together with customer's people, RCA project organization will reflect the division of tasks and responsibilities in order to run the project within agreed schedules and targets.

Management System. Project Model 

The project is managed via nine knowledge areas. The definition of the knowledge areas is based on Guide to The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). The project model supports the project process. The model is a scalable application developed for medium, large and complex projects.
